Some jurisdictions provide specific warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SV GROUP excludes all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities regarding the Service

SV GROUP and SV GROUP's suppliers and its sellers make no representations about loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, all liabilities of SV GROUP and SV GROUP's suppliers and sellers regarding claims, including implied guarantee, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, are limited to the amount that you have paid SV GROUP to use the Service (or to provide you with the Service again at SV GROUP's discretion).
